City of Bellingham Documents Concerning the Use of Sacred Heart Parish Hall for a Private High School

A records request was made to the city regarding the pre-application meeting concerning 1100 14th Ave (Sacred Heart Parish Hall). The following records were returned:


The Architects pre-application describing the scope of changes

The project narrative giving projections on how the High School will proceed.

The city's reponse to the 8/26/25 pre-application meeting indicating potential requirements based on occupancy changes and a potential need to ammend the Conditional Use Permit on the Parish Hall as the areas is Zoned 4-A residential.

Plans (drawings) as submitted to the city

PreApplication questions from the Architect to the City.

Documents concerning fire supression

Plans (drawings) showing the proposed use of the Parish Hall as a high school.

A draft of the city's response to the Pre-application questions
